FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
What will it cost?
Nothing yet. Early access is free while we measure real processing costs. Pricing lands with launch, and your library carries over intact: originals, segments, edits.
What does Fastbreak actually deliver?
A skip-player on your original upload. The model marks every second of live play; the player jumps the rest. You get the full film and the reel view in one place, with no re-rendered exports to wait on.
Which sports does Fastbreak support?
The model doesn't learn a sport's rules. It learns what live play looks like versus dead time, so the pipeline is sport-agnostic. Basketball, tennis, and baseball are trained today, and all three run in the demo; more sports come online as we label their film. Tell us yours on the waitlist and we'll prioritize it.
How accurate is the action detection?
On broadcast basketball, our first sport, the model finds live action with high confidence. And it fails safe: whenever it's unconfident about a stretch, it marks it as live action rather than cutting it, so you never miss a second of play. Trimming a boundary back takes one drag.
What files can I upload?
H.264 MP4 or MOV, up to about four hours per game. HEVC and other codecs are on the roadmap; today they fail fast with a clear error.
How long does processing take?
Processing takes about five minutes per hour of footage, so a full two-hour game is typically ready in around ten minutes.
